For each move say one sir two sir etc out loud.
Start at Joon Bi and turn to the left.
This poomsae is done in walking stance.
Wait for the instructor to say Sijak before beginning.
- One sir left foot forward left hand low block.
- Two sir step forward with right foot right hand middle punch.
- Three sir step forward with left foot left hand middle punch.
- Four sir 180 degree turn to the right. Right foot forward right hand low block.
- Five sir step forward left foot left hand middle punch.
- Six sir step forward right foot right hand middle punch.
- Seven sir turn left 90 degrees left foot forward left hand low block.
- Eight sir step forward right foot right hand middle punch.
- Nine sir step forward left foot left hand middle punch.
- Ten sir turn right 180 degrees right foot forward right hand low block.
- Eleven sir step forward left foot forward left hand middle punch.
- Kiahp! Step forward right foot right hand middle punch.
Stay in the position from step 12 until the instructor says Baa-row. When you turn around to face the instructor do so with your left foot leading and return to the (joon-bi) position.
